We want to make it easy for you to keep your system working at peak performance, so Powell and Turner offers the most affordable maintenance contracts in the area! Let our experts clean, inspect and maintain your investement. Plus, we will ensure that your air filters and water panels are changed regularly and are up-to-date. It's easy to get started. Do you have more than one HVAC system in your home or office? When you buy one maintenance plan, you get a second at 50% off at the same location! Call us for details!

It is easy to find a plan that is right for you:

Residential Customers

Do you have a Forced Air Gas, Heat Pump, or Air Conditioning system that needs coverage?

Then you qualify for RMA Plan 1 or RMA Plan 2.
For full-coverage on many common repairs, we recommend RMA Plan 2.

Would you like coverage on your Forced Air Oil Furnace system?

Then you qualify for RMA Plan 3 or RMA Plan 4.
For coverage on your Oil Furnace and attached Air Conditioning system, we recommend RMA Plan 4.

Do you have a Gas or Oil Boiler system?

Then RMA Plan 5 is the right plan for you!

Would you like coverage on your Water Heater or Aqua Therm Hydronic system?

We offer RMA Plan 7 to meet your needs!
