What is a Residential Maintenance Agreement?
An RMA is an annual plan to keep your system running at it's best all year long. When a system is maintained and inspected regularly, costly repairs and equipment failures are minimized, and the system runs at its most efficient rate. Most manufacturers require routine maintenance be performed to honor factory warranties. We have a variety of plans to meet your needs, and our service crew is experienced in preventative maintenance check ups.

What time of year is best to have my system maintained?
It is best to have your scheduled checkups performed in the spring or fall, prior to when your system will be working the hardest. These are preferable times of the year to check the air temperatures, refrigeration pressure, and efficiency of your unit. New/cleaned filters, water panels, and cleaning of coils are just a few of the details targeted in our 10 point check up.

What if I have more than one system in my home?
Powell & Turner offers a 50% discount on additional systems. Purchase one agreement at full price and get the second agreement at half price.

What happens if my system fails to work properly during the year?
Depending on the coverage you choose, the type of system you have, we offer a 20% discount or full cost coverage of parts and labor on repairs. We also respond to our maintenance agreement customers before all other calls. Additionally, under our agreements, the manufacturers warranty is in full support without warranty handling charges.
