Plan 1 Standard Maintenance Agreement
As a Plan 1 Maintenance Agreement customer, you will receive an annual maintenance check up on your HVAC system. During the rest of the year, you are eligible to receive 20% off any additional parts of labor needed. As a Residential Maintenance Agreement customer, you will receive priority service over non plan holders.

Plan 1 Cost 99.00 per system
Plan 2 Standard Maintenance Agreement
As a Plan 2 Maintenance Agreement customer, you will receive an annual maintenance check up on you HVAC system. Your equipment will be protected with an all electrical parts and labor warranty with exception of the compressor. In addition, as a Plan 2 Maintenance Agreement customer, you receive priority service over non maintenance agreement customers. This offer not available for oil fired equipment.

Plan 2 Cost 169.00 per system
Plan 1 Oil Maintenance Agreement
As a Plan 1 Oil Maintenance Agreement customer, you will receive an annual maintenance check up on your oil furnace system. Your equipment will be protected with a parts and labor warranty with exception of the heatexchanger. (Please see parts coverage list for more details) In addition, as a Plan 1 Oil Maintenance Agreement customer, you receive priority service over non maintenance agreement customers.
